Cancellation Policy:

Buyers can cancel their orders in the limited time. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before you do it.
1. Cancellation within 24-48 hours after the order is paid, we will cancel your order and you can receive the full refund of your order.
2. Cancellation within 48-72 hours after the order is paid, we will cancel your order and you can receive 50% of the product price and shipping fee.
3. Order can not be canceled after 72 hours of the order being paid, thanks for your understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All of our formal dresses are handmade and made to order. We do our best to make each of our formal dresses good quality. If the dress you receive has some problems, please don't worry, we will do our best to solve the problems.

The following conditions can be returned.
1. The item you receive in the wrong size, wrong color or wrong styles, we can accept return for full item price refund.
2. The item you receive is damaged, you can return the item to get the full item price.
3. The time you receive the item is late than the time we planned.

Note:
* If the item is made in accordance with the size you selected but does not fit, it is not our mistake, we're having trouble accepting a refund, because we made the dress according the size you chose or provided.
* Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, and the effect of shooting light and angle, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. Please allow a little chromatic aberration.
* Custom Size or Color items that have problems only can be returned 50% of the item price, because it's custom made, it can not be sold again.
* Return request will not be accepted by personal preference.

Return Tips:

Please read and follow the return tips, so you can return the item successfully.

1.You need to contact us in 4 working days after you receive the package. Here is the email you can contact us: sales@formaldressy.com.
2. Please provide us with photos of the dress problems by email, we need to know the problems of the dress for returning.
3. Your email will be processed by our reviewing department within 3 working days. Once we confirm the product's problems comply with our return policy, we will reply to you with a return shipping address, and please ship the product back to us in 3-4 working days.
4. After the product is shipped, please give us the tracking number.
When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
5. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-12 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee will not be refunded and you need to pay the return shipping fee.
Notice: For the returned product, please make sure they are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and clean.
6. Buyers need to undertake the shipping fee you ship back the item.
